(a)The commission consists of the following
members:
(1)The governor or the governor's designee.
(2)The lieutenant governor.
(3)The adjutant general of the Indiana National Guard.
(4)The director of the Indiana department of veterans' affairs.
(5)One (1) member of the house of representatives appointed by
the speaker of the house of representatives.
(6)One (1) member of the house of representatives appointed by
the minority leader of the house of representatives.
(7)One (1) member of the senate appointed by the president pro
tempore of the senate.
(8)One (1) member of the senate appointed by the minority
leader of the senate.
(9)One (1) member appointed by the governor who represents a
state or local organization dedicated to American Revolutionary
War reenactment.
