Text
For purposes of this chapter, "young person of color" refers to an individual who is less than eighteen (18) years of age and is identified as one (1) of the following:
(1)Black or African-American.
(2)Hispanic or Latino.
(3)Asian.
(4)American Indian.
(5)Alaska Native.
(6)Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander.
