Text
As used in this chapter, "vulnerable population" includes:
(1)individuals receiving services:
(A)under IC 12;
(B)from the department of child services established by IC 31-25-1-1;
(C)through the criminal justice system or the juvenile justice
system;
(D)from the department of education as students who are at
risk or exceptional learners; and
(E)from the department of workforce development;
(2)young persons of color; and
(3)other individuals recognized by the board as members of a
vulnerable population.
