Text
(a)The governor shall appoint a director,
who shall serve at the pleasure of the governor. The director is entitled
to a salary to be determined by the budget agency with the approval of
the governor.
(b)The director, with the approval of the governor and the budget
agency, and on the advice of the members of the board, may appoint
staff necessary to fulfill the duties of the board.
