Text
The following agencies shall create the mortgage lending and fraud prevention task force by each appointing an equal number of representatives to serve on the task force:
(1)The securities division of the office of the secretary of state
established under IC 23-19-6-1(a).
(2)The homeowner protection unit established by the attorney
general under IC 4-6-12-2.
(3)The department of financial institutions established by IC 28-11-1-1.
(4)The department of insurance created by IC 27-1-1-1.
(5)The Indiana real estate commission created by IC 25-34.1-2-1.
(6)The real estate appraiser licensure and certification board
created by IC 25-34.1-8-1.
