5.
(a)A member of the commission may be
reappointed for successive terms.
(b)A member of the general assembly appointed to the commission
under section 4 of this chapter serves a two (2) year term that expires
June 30 of an odd-numbered year.
(c)A member appointed to the commission under section 4(a)(3) of
this chapter serves a four (4) year term that expires December 31, 2025,
and each fourth year thereafter.
(d)A member appointed to the commission under section 4(a)(4) or
4(a)(11) of this chapter serves a four (4) year term that expires
December 31, 2027, and each fourth year thereafter.
