Indiana Statutes
§ 4-23-26-4 — Members; appointment; terms
(a)The governor shall appoint the committee
members under section 3(7), 3(8), 3(9), and 3(10) of this chapter.
(b)The term of each member appointed under subsection (a) is
three (3) years.
(c)A committee member identified in subsection (a) may be
reappointed to serve consecutive terms.
