Text
(a)If there is a vacancy on the commission, a
new member must be appointed to fill the remainder of the unexpired
term. The new member shall be appointed in the same manner as the
vacating member.
(b)A member of the general assembly who is appointed to an
unexpired term may not serve longer than the member's term in office.
