5.
(a)The commission is responsible for
making all policy decisions relating to the duties and powers of the
commission.
(b)Neither:
(1)the staff support provided by the civil rights commission
under section 8 of this chapter; nor
(2)the executive director of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Indiana holiday commission;
may make any policy decisions on behalf of the commission relating to
the duties and powers of the commission, except as authority to make
such decision is delegated by the commission.
