Text
In order to facilitate the public policy so
declared, all administrative bodies of the state of Indiana conducting
public hearings shall allow the use of either recorded or live broadcasts
of such hearings, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as
may be adopted by the administrative body holding and conducting
such public hearings.
