Text
(a)The agency shall immediately submit the
rulemaking document containing the readopted rules to the publisher
for filing along with documentation demonstrating that the agency has
readopted the rules. The agency shall submit material in the form
required by IC 4-22-2-20. The rulemaking document must make
reference to the document control number assigned by the publisher.
(b)If the rulemaking document complies with this section, the
publisher shall:
(1)accept the rule for filing; and
(2)electronically record the date and time the rule is accepted.
