§ 4-22-2-43 — Rules interpreting, implementing, or supplementing this chapter
(a)Subject to section 42 of this chapter, the
attorney general may adopt rules under this chapter to interpret or
implement this chapter.
(b)An agency may adopt rules under this chapter to supplement the
procedures in this chapter for its own rulemaking actions.
