Text
For the purposes of this section, "governing
body", "public agency", and "official action" have the meanings set
forth in IC 5-14-1.5. When a governing body of a public agency
performs an official action under this chapter, the agency shall comply
with IC 5-14-1.5 (the Open Door Law).
