Text
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), a
person who applies to be a mediator under this chapter must be
qualified as a mediator under Rule 2.5 of the Indiana Supreme Court
Rules for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
(b)Subject to approval of the administrative law judge, the parties
may agree on any person to serve as a mediator.
