Text
(a)The commissioner shall order that an
environmental audit be conducted if either of the following applies:
(1)There is reason to believe the property is contaminated.
(2)An environmental audit is required by law.
(b)An environmental audit must be conducted by a qualified
person.
(c)The transferring agency shall pay the cost of an environmental
audit performed under this section.
