6.
(a)This section applies to a deed executed
and accepted under Acts 1978, P.L.156, SECTION 1.
(b)A deed described by this section that has not been accepted by
each of the officials required to accept the deed:
(1)conveys the property described in the deed; and
(2)is legalized.
