5.
(a)This section applies to a deed executed
under:
(1)Acts 1973, P.L.344;
(2)Acts 1974, P.L.159;
(3)Acts 1977, P.L.345; or
(4)P.L.202-1988, SECTION 1;
containing a legal description of property to be conveyed by the state
that does not conform with the description of the property set forth in
the statute.
(b)A deed described by this section:
(1)conveys the property described in the deed; and
(2)is legalized.
