Text
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b),
this section applies to any transfer under this chapter.
(b)This section does not apply if the instrument is a lease for a term
of four (4) years or less.
(c)The instrument shall be recorded in each county in which the
property is located.
(d)Except as provided in subsection (e), a copy of the instrument
shall be filed in the land office.
(e)If the transfer involves two (2) agencies, the instrument shall
also be filed in the land office.
