Text
(a)This chapter applies to the disposition of
state property, with or without consideration.
(b)This chapter does not authorize the transfer of property held in
trust by the state unless the transfer is consistent with the terms of the
trust.
(c)Except as provided in IC 8-23-7-15, this chapter does not apply
to the sale of state property, including structures to be removed from
state property, under the control of the department of transportation.
