Text
(a)This section does not apply to enforcement
matters that are the responsibility of the state police department under
IC 10-11-2-28.
(b)The department shall maintain, equip, and operate the following:
(1)The state capitol building.
(2)The office buildings and other property owned or leased by the
state for the use of an agency.
(c)The department has sole control and jurisdiction over the:
(1)policies governing; and
(2)usage of;
the Beth Bowen Meditation Room in the state capitol building.
