Text
(a)As used in this section, "real property"
refers to the real property located in Indianapolis bounded by the
following:
(1)The east boundary of West Street on the west.
(2)The south face of the state office building located at 100 N.
Senate Avenue on the north.
(3)The west boundary of Square 48 and Square 53 of the
Indianapolis Donation on the east.
(4)The north face of the state office building located along
Washington Street on the south.
(b)The real property shall be known as "Robert D. Orr Plaza".
(c)The department shall install and maintain the following:
(1)Appropriate public signage on and around the real property
that displays the name of the real property.
(2)A plaque located at an appropriate spot on the real property
describing the highlights of the life and career of
