Text
If a memorial, a property, a building, or an
appurtenance is ceded to the United States government under this
chapter, the governor may transfer and convey all right, title, and
possession that the state has in and to the memorial, property, building,
or appurtenance to the United States government or agency of the
United States government authorized to receive and accept the transfer
and conveyance.
