Text
If the United States government or an agency
of the United States government is authorized to acquire jurisdiction of
a memorial or historic grounds and buildings in Indiana to be preserved
and maintained by the United States government or an agency of the
United States government as a national monument, the agency of the
state having charge of the memorial or historic grounds and buildings
may, with the approval of the governor, cede all jurisdiction of the
memorial, property, buildings, and appurtenances to the United States
government or the agency of the United States government.
