Text
(a)An agency may purchase or lease a
right-of-way for a sewer leading from a state institution under the
administrative control of the agency to a suitable outlet over adjacent
property.
(b)IC 4-20.5-3 applies to a purchase under this section.
(c)A political subdivision may permit drainage and sewage from
the sewer line to be connected to the sewers of the political subdivision
upon the terms agreed upon by the political subdivision and the agency.
(d)A contract entered into under subsection (c) must be approved
under IC 4-13-2-14.1.
