Text
It shall be the duty of the appointing authority to
file with the secretary of state certificates of all appointments and
revocations provided for by section 1 of this chapter and to supply such
seal as will stamp upon paper the following: "Special Deputy of (Name
of Department, Division, Board, Bureau, or Commission) State of
Indiana", to which may be added such other device as may be selected
by the appointing authority.
