Text
The head of any state department, division, board,
bureau, or commission is hereby authorized to appoint from the
personnel serving as employees in the office of such department,
division, board, bureau, or commission, special deputies for the
purpose of taking acknowledgments, administering oaths, certifying
affidavits and depositions without charge in matters pertaining to said
office. Such special deputies shall serve subject to the revocation of
their appointments with or without cause by the appointing authority.
