Text

(a)The bond of the state comptroller shall be fixed at one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
(b)The bond of the secretary of state shall be fixed at fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
(c)The bond of the attorney general shall be fixed at fifty thousand dollars ($50,000). Formerly: Acts 1901, c.177, s.5. As amended by P.L.14-2004, SEC.179; P.L.9-2024, SEC.32.
