§ 4-2-2-1 — Amount of bonds
(a)The bond of the state comptroller shall be
fixed at one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
(b)The bond of the secretary of state shall be fixed at fifty thousand
dollars ($50,000).
(c)The bond of the attorney general shall be fixed at fifty thousand
dollars ($50,000).
