§ 4-2-1-3 — Annual housing maintenance allowance
(a)This section does not apply to the governor.
(b)Each elected official of the state is entitled to a housing
maintenance allowance of twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) per year
in addition to the salary provided under section 1.5 of this chapter.
