(a)Any reference or cross-reference to the
state personnel department in the Indiana Code shall be treated after
June 30, 2011, as a reference or cross-reference to the department.
(b)Any reference or cross-reference to IC 4-15-1.8 or IC 4-15-2
shall be treated after June 30, 2011, as a reference or cross-reference
to this chapter.
