Text
The refusal or failure of an employee in the state classified service to do any of the following is sufficient grounds for the employee's dismissal by the appointing authority:
(1)The employee willfully refuses or fails to appear before:
(A)a court or judge;
(B)a legislative committee; or
(C)an officer, board, or body authorized to conduct a hearing
or inquiry.
(2)After making an appearance, the employee refuses to testify
or answer questions relating to:
(A)the affairs or government of the state; or
(B)the conduct of any officer or employee.
