Text
(a)Classification titles or corresponding
code numbers must be used to designate positions in all personnel,
accounting, budget, appropriation, and financial records and
communications of all state departments, institutions, and agencies.
(b)A person may not be appointed to or employed in a position in
the state civil service unless the director has approved the class title of
the position as appropriate to the duties to be performed.
