Text

(a)An employee in the state classified service who has successfully completed a working test period may be dismissed, demoted, or suspended only for just cause, including cause under section 49 of this chapter.
(b)A classified employee is entitled to appeal a dismissal, demotion, or suspension as provided in section 42 of this chapter.
