Text
(a)The unclassified service consists of all
offices and positions in the state civil service other than those in the
state classified service.
(b)The unclassified service is separate from the state classified
service.
(c)Except as expressly provided in this chapter, the human resource
management systems applicable to the state classified service do not
apply to the unclassified service.
