§ 4-15-17-1 — Application
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), this
chapter does not apply to the following:
(1)The state police department.
(2)A state educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-32).
(3)A political subdivision (as defined in IC 3-5-2.1-79).
(b)Sections 8, 9, and 10 of this chapter apply to the state police
department.
