§ 4-15-12-3 — Indiana affirmative action office; creation; director's duties
There is created within the state personnel department the Indiana affirmative action office. The director of the department shall:
(1)appoint an affirmative action officer who shall direct the
office; and
(2)employ the additional personnel necessary to carry out the
functions of the office, which personnel are governed by IC 4-15-2.2.
