Text
(a)At the request of a governmental body, the
department, in consultation with the governmental body, may do the
following:
(1)Solicit proposals from qualified providers for an energy cost
savings contract.
(2)Review proposals and contract with a qualified provider.
(b)An energy cost savings contract may cover more than one (1)
governmental body.
