If an applicant for qualification is a foreign
corporation, the applicant's application must be accompanied by a
certificate of the secretary of state that the applicant is authorized to do
business in Indiana or a statement from the secretary of state that the
applicant is not required to register under relevant Indiana corporation
laws.
