(a)The technology resources policy adopted
by a public entity under section 5 of this chapter is a public record
under IC 5-14-3.
(b)The cybersecurity policy adopted by a public entity under
section 5 of this chapter is confidential and may not be disclosed to the
public under IC 5-14-3.
