(a)The office may request the director of
information technology services or another knowledgeable individual
employed by a state agency to advise and assist the office in carrying
out the functions of the office.
(b)State agencies may consult with the office concerning hiring
information technology directors and staff.
(c)At the request of the office, a state agency shall submit an
inventory of all significant information technology hardware, software,
personnel, and information technology contracts.
