Text
The department of administration shall provide all printing services for state agencies and may provide duplicating services for state agencies. When the department receives a request from a state agency for printing or duplicating services or equipment, the department shall determine whether the agency's needs can be met through:
(1)central printing and duplicating facilities operated by the
department under IC 4-13-1-4(5); or
(2)another state agency that has agreed to provide such services.
If the agency's needs cannot be met under subdivision (1) or (2), the
department shall procure the necessary services or equipment.
