Text
The department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to establish the following:
(1)Procedures for the use of Internet purchasing sites to facilitate
the purchase of supplies or sales conducted under IC 5-22 by a
state agency. The rules may permit use of an Internet purchasing
site to facilitate purchases of supplies and sales conducted by any
of the following if considered beneficial by the department:
(A)A purchasing agency other than a state agency.
(B)A cooperative purchasing organization described in IC 5-22-4-7.
(C)The public.
(2)User fees payable by either of the following:
(A)A bidder using an Internet purchasing site.
(B)Entities other than state agencies that use the Internet
purchasing site permitted under subdivision (1).
