Text
As used in this chapter, "Internet purchasing site" means an open and interactive electronic environment that is:
(1)designed to facilitate the purchase and sale of supplies
conducted under IC 5-22;
(2)approved and managed by the department; and
(3)linked to the computer gateway administered by the office of
technology established by IC 4-13.1-2-1.
