Text

(a)The department may enter into a lease with the society for the society's use of any part of the building, exterior improvements, and surrounding site.
(b)Notwithstanding the term limitation for a lease under IC 4-13-1-4(10), the department may enter into a lease under subsection
(a)for a term of not more than ninety-nine (99) years.
(c)Rent under a lease entered into under this section is one dollar ($1) each year, payable in advance.
(d)A lease entered into under this section may permit the building to house state activities or functions.
