(a)Each year the department shall produce
and distribute a recycled products guide for use by all state and local
government purchasing agents. The guide must include the following:
(1)Instructions concerning how local government purchasing
agents may purchase recycled materials through the department.
(2)A list of products that may be purchased through the
department.
(b)The department shall annually revise and update the guide
produced under this section.
