(a)This section does not require the reporting
of purchases made by special disbursing officers.
(b)Except as provided in subsection (d), each state agency that has
entered into at least one (1) contract for the purchase of supplies shall
prepare and submit to the department a written report concerning the
contracts. The report must present information on contracts entered
into during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of
the report.
(c)A report required by this section must set forth the following
information:
(1)The number of contracts entered into by the state agency
during the period.
(2)The total dollar amount to be paid by the state under the
contracts.
(3)A list of the types of products made from recycled materials
that were purchased by the state agency dur
