§ 4-13-1-7 — Administrative and procedural rules and regulations
The commissioner is empowered to adopt,
amend, and promulgate reasonable administrative and procedural rules
and regulations, consistent with any applicable law of this state, as the
commissioner may consider necessary for the effective administration
of this chapter. Any rules and regulations shall be issued and
promulgated under IC 4-22-2.
