Text
(a)The department consists of the following
divisions:
(1)General services.
(2)Property management.
(3)Information services.
(4)Public works.
(b)The commissioner may do the following:
(1)Organize the department and its divisions.
(2)Transfer or merge functions between divisions in the interest
of economy and efficiency.
(3)Terminate certain divisions within the department whenever
possible.
(c)The commissioner may exercise direction and supervision over
the divisions in the performance of their respective functions, subject
to the approval of the governor.
