Text
(a)This section does not apply to property
covered under IC 4-20.5-6-3.
(b)The department shall do both of the following:
(1)Provide for the periodic inspection, appraisal, and inventory
of all of the state's property.
(2)Require reports from each state agency concerning the
property in the custody of each state agency.
(c)The department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to govern the
protection and custody of the property of the state.
