§ 4-13-1-18 — Disputes and bid protests; procedural rules; judicial review
(a)The department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 providing procedures for disputes and bid protests.
(b)Judicial review of the department's decision in a dispute or bid
protest is available only after exhausting the administrative remedies
set forth in the rules.
