5.
(a)The Indiana department of
administration is designated as the state agency to receive, store, and
distribute federal surplus property according to the provisions of the
Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended.
(b)The Indiana department of administration may enter into
cooperative agreements pursuant to Section 203(n) of the Federal
Property and Administrative Services Act, as amended.
(c)As to any property it elects to receive, the Indiana department of
administration shall comply with the requirements of the Federal
Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended.
